His bounding presence and joyful spirit can be felt the moment you enter the Realm of the Fae. For Fol, the Fae guide, will greet you with his warm smile and kind heart and lead you through the Realm of the Fae with enthusiasm and glee.
He has been there since he, or any Fae, can recall; leading those who are keen to venture forth, into the Realm of the Fae safely and with love.
For Fol wishes to show us the Fae and show us how we and they are linked through time and the intricate balance of our Earth.
Follow this Troll. For you shall see wonders you could scarcely believe and a land of enchantment that exists just out of sight.
Look and you shall see. Believe and you shall see.

Fol’s gift to you is a sacred acorn. An acorn from the first oak, older than time can remember. It is a gift of memory, of retelling old tales and stories and not forgetting our link to the ancient lands upon which we stand.
