The Elfenwild are calling… will you answer?

 

Dear friends of the Elfenwild,

 

We are thrilled to now open the portal on Elfenwild commissions.

These aren’t ordinary commissions. Each one is a magikal collaboration with the Elfenwild themselves.

 

Here’s how the process works:

 

  • Complete the request form below, adding as much detail as you can. Then we will ask the Elfenwild who is ready to come through.

​

  • You will be notified via email of a potential commission slot and the collaboration process can begin!

 

  • Once we have spoken via email, Jim will sketch the being that appears to us. You'll be given access to sketchbook ideas to choose the right being for yourself. 

  • Once you are happy with the design, size and price, the manifestation process will begin. Please note: we will confirm a time frame of completion with you.  

 

  • Once the process is complete, You will receive a short story that we have received from the Elfenwild during the manifestation process.

 

Every Elfenwild is one of a kind, we cannot recreate a being that has shown themselves to us previously, but we can ask for similar beings to arrive through the portal.

 

A non- refundable deposit of 50% will be required to secure your slot. The remaining balance will be due on completion.

Postage and packaging costs will be added in line with each individual’s location, unfortunately we cannot post to the EU currently.

The Important bit: Each commission piece will be individually made in accordance with our email communications. Once initial communication has occurred, each commission piece requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% before we can begin the creative process and to secure your slot. Each commission piece is personal to the individual and thus does not fall in line with our returns policy. Each being will be created in their own natural, earthly colour palette as they have shown themselves to us. Respectfully to the Fae, we do not deviate from how they have chosen to show themselves.  We can adapt to use vegan-friendly materials if requested.
